These Terms govern the use of comunica360.click and the Comunica360 multi-agent WhatsApp software.

1. Acceptance

By using the site or subscribing to a plan, you accept these terms.

2. Service description

Comunica360 is cloud software for multi-agent messaging, queues, chatbot, transfers, integrations and, depending on the plan, API and mobile app. Features may evolve with product updates.

3. Accounts and acceptable use

  • Provide accurate information and keep credentials secure.
  • You are responsible for your agents’ use of the platform.
  • No spam, phishing, illegal content, or violations of WhatsApp/Meta policies.
  • Do not attack security, copy the software unlawfully, or resell it without written agreement.

4. Messaging channels

WhatsApp and other channels depend on third-party APIs and rules. Comunica360 does not control bans or limits imposed by those platforms for misuse.

5. Pricing and payment

Published prices (USD unless stated otherwise) apply to standard plans. Onboarding, custom chatbots or Meta official API costs may be quoted separately.

6. Availability

We aim for high availability, but maintenance, network issues or force majeure may occur. 100% uptime is not guaranteed.

7. Intellectual property

Comunica360 software, brand and content remain our property. You receive a limited, non-exclusive license while your plan is active.

8. Your customers’ data

You are the controller of your end customers’ data. Comunica360 provides the technical tool according to your configuration.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, we are not liable for lost profits, third-party data loss, or channel bans outside a fault exclusively attributable to us.

10. Suspension and termination

We may suspend access for non-payment, abuse or security risk. You may cancel under the Cancellation and refund policy.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Peru. Disputes will preferably be resolved in good faith; otherwise before competent courts in Lima, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
