Cancellation and refund policy

This policy explains how to cancel your Comunica360 plan and when refunds apply, including the 7-day / 168-hour satisfaction guarantee.

1. Plan cancellation

  • Request cancellation anytime via WhatsApp +51 991 645 348.
  • No forced lock-in on standard monthly plans, unless a different written contract applies.
  • After cancellation you keep access until the end of the period already paid.

2. Satisfaction guarantee — 168 hours from activation

Eligible monthly plans include a 168-hour (7×24) guarantee with 100% refund of the reimbursable monthly plan fee if the service does not fit your operation.

2.1. When the clock starts (activation)

The 168 hours start at activation: when your plan is active and usable in Comunica360 (account/plan enabled), as recorded in our systems or confirmed in writing on WhatsApp. Not from the first sales chat or an unactivated quote.

2.2. Conditions for a 100% refund

  • Request within 168 continuous hours from activation.
  • Applies to the first activation of the reimbursable plan (not later renewals of the same guarantee cycle, unless a new plan is activated with an express guarantee).
  • Does not apply to professional onboarding, custom chatbot development, premium support hours, add-ons or separately quoted projects.
  • Use must comply with the Terms of use and channel policies. Abuse may void the guarantee.

2.3. How to request a guarantee refund

  1. WhatsApp +51 991 645 348 within 168 hours.
  2. State company/account, plan, and that you request a 168-hour guarantee refund.
  3. We validate the deadline and confirm the refund process.

3. After the 168-hour guarantee

Once 168 hours from activation pass without a valid guarantee request, payments for periods already started are generally non-refundable, without prejudice to consumer rights under applicable Peruvian law. You may still cancel under section 1.

4. Additional services — no refund in any case

Additional services have no refund in any case: professional onboarding, custom automations/chatbots, premium remote support, custom development, add-ons and any separately quoted work. They are not covered by the 168-hour plan guarantee nor by any total or partial refund after they are contracted or started.

5. How to cancel (outside guarantee)

  1. WhatsApp +51 991 645 348 with company, plan and reason.
  2. We confirm the end date or refund if applicable.
