This Privacy Policy describes how Comunica360 (“we”) handles personal information when you visit comunica360.click or use our multi-agent WhatsApp software.

1. Controller

The controller is the operator of Comunica360. For privacy requests, contact us on WhatsApp at +51 991 645 348.

2. Data we may collect

  • Business contact data: name, company, phone/WhatsApp, email and messages you send us.
  • Account and billing data: information needed to activate, bill and support the service.
  • Technical site data: IP address, browser type, pages visited (logs or analytics if enabled).
  • Platform content: conversations and contacts you process in Comunica360. You are responsible for having a legal basis for your end customers’ data.

3. Purposes

  • Respond to sales and support inquiries.
  • Provide, maintain and improve Comunica360.
  • Manage contracts, payments and operational communications.
  • Comply with applicable law.
  • Measure site usage and improve the experience (if analytics tools are active).

4. Legal basis

We process data based on contract (or pre-contract steps), legitimate interest in improving the service, and/or consent where required.

5. Retention

We keep data as long as needed for the purposes above, while a commercial relationship exists, and for legal claim or accounting periods.

6. Processors and third parties

We may use hosting, email, payment or analytics providers that process data on our behalf. We do not sell your personal data. Messaging channels (WhatsApp, Meta, etc.) have their own policies.
